Home / Impossible Acres Grandpa’s Barn - Davis, California Fall Activities
Impossible Acres is a family farm just west of Davis on County Road 31 that has grown berries, orchards and pumpkins since 1994. Its pumpkin patch and animal barn are open in October, every day from 9 AM to 6 PM, weather permitting.
What do pumpkins cost?
Carving and specialty pumpkins run $4 to $25, and gourds are $1.50 to $2.50. The farm takes cash, with no bills over $20 please, or tap-to-pay.
How does the animal barn work?
Buy a hand stamp at the produce stand: $7 for ages 1 to 12, which includes one free adult, and $5 for ages 13 and up. Animals may include goats, sheep, a donkey, a calf, piglets, bunnies and chicks, and at busy times groups may take turns.
Can we hold a birthday party there?
Families do come for parties, but there is no party package or reservation. The farm also no longer offers group field trips or discounts.
