Slaughter Orchard & Cidery

Slaughter Orchard & Cidery is a family-owned orchard and cidery on State Road 45 in Bloomington. Its farm market sells its own hand-pressed cider, apples and fall staples, and it is open this fall Wednesday through Sunday.

Can we pick our own apples?

No. The farm says it does not offer u-pick, and its market is not on its main orchard plots. Come to shop rather than pick.

What are the fall hours?

Wednesday through Friday 11 AM to 6 PM, Saturday 10 AM to 6 PM and Sunday 2 to 6 PM. It is closed Monday and Tuesday.

What can we buy?

Fresh-pressed cider, culinary apples, apple sauce, apple butter and the farm's own hard cider, plus apple cider donuts and other treats that local partners make with its apples.
