Harker Family Orchard, Inc.

Harker Family Orchard is a small orchard and vegetable farm on State Road 244 in Waldron, about 3 miles from I-74 between Greensburg and Shelbyville. Its farm stand sells apples from August into early November.

Can we pick our own apples?

No. Tractors are often moving around the working farm, so customers are not allowed in the orchard. The fruit is handpicked by trained pickers, then sorted and packed for you.

Is there fresh cider?

Yes. Apple cider is pressed at the orchard from late August through October.

When is the farm stand open?

In season it is open 7 days a week: Monday through Saturday 9 AM to 7 PM, and Sunday noon to 6 PM.
