Home / Abma's Farm - Wyckoff, New Jersey Fall Activities

Abma's Farm on Lawlins Road in Wyckoff is a family farm market with greenhouses and a barnyard petting zoo. In the fall it runs hayrides out to its pumpkin patch on Saturdays, holidays and select weekdays.
Do we need tickets for the hayride and pumpkins?
Yes. The Hayride and Pumpkin Picking Package needs a ticket for everyone age 2 and up, bought in advance, and on Saturdays and busy holidays visitors without tickets may be turned away. The pumpkin patch can only be reached by hayride, not on foot.
Is the petting zoo part of the hayride ticket?
No, petting zoo admission is sold separately. The barnyard has goats, sheep, alpacas, donkeys, ponies, bunnies and pigs, and it is open Monday through Saturday from 9 AM to 5:30 PM.
Is it open on Sundays?
No. The whole farm is closed on Sundays. Parking is free, and the market and greenhouses cost nothing to walk into.
Is there anything for little ones near Halloween?
Not Too Spooky Stories, a Halloween story morning for the youngest visitors, is on Thursday, October 29 at 10 AM and 11 AM, and tickets are required. Note that pets (other than service animals) and outside food are not allowed.
