Home / Dykeman Farm - Pawling, New York Fall Activities
Dykeman Farm in Pawling is a fourth-generation working farm that has offered pick-your-own pumpkins since 1974. Its open-air farm stand runs every day from 10 AM to 5 PM through October 31, and pumpkin picking is on weekends in September and October plus Columbus Day, Monday, October 12.
Is anything free?
Yes. Hayrides and parking are both free, and the hayrides run on weekends in September and October.
Should we bring cash?
Plan on it. The farm stand takes cards when its internet is working, but the picking areas may not be able to, and face painting, the corn pits and food are cash only.
Do we need a reservation?
Not for pumpkins. Reservations are needed only for apple picking, and the farm lists its 2026 apple picking as still to be announced.
Can we bring our dog?
Leashed dogs are welcome on the farm, but not in the apple field or the farm store, so leave them home on an apple-picking day.
